Afternoon walk

Lunch: grilled crab sandwich (crab, avocado, pepper jack, aioli, sourdough) and sweet potato fries

I think this is a great tip. Out of sight out of mind. If its not there, you can’t eat it. So if you only have good food, well then there you go. I know its not as simple as that for most people, especially if you live in a household where others do not follow this concept. That’s where the discipline comes in!

Eating not so well… Drank too much 2 nights this week… Gym and exercise scarce this week… Work tomorrow on Sunday… My moms been acting weird… Ugh.
