Originally started this as my food log. But now its turned into food/exercise log, plus health, diet, and exercise tips, recipes, etc. ENJOY!

I think this is a great tip. Out of sight out of mind. If its not there, you can’t eat it. So if you only have good food, well then there you go. I know its not as simple as that for most people, especially if you live in a household where others do not follow this concept. That’s where the discipline comes in!
